Our Groundbreaker Award goes to QuikTrip Corporation. For a sixth year, our friends at QT have run the only employee campaign in excess of $2 million!
This year’s Visionary Award goes to two amazing leaders in our community – Bank of Oklahoma and Williams – both of whom conducted campaigns that totaled more than $1.5 million!
ONEOK, Inc. is the recipient of this year’s Cornerstone Award for support exceeding $1 million!
Providing support of $500,000 or more, our Pillar Award goes to the George Kaiser Family Foundation, Magellan Midstream Partners, and ONE Gas, Inc.!
Contributions by these companies, organizations and their employees and individuals are being invested this year in Tulsa Area United Way's 59 partner agencies and seven community collaboration initiatives, and five innovation projects that improve lives every day. We invest in three building blocks: education, healthy and safety, and financial stability.

Marla Bradshaw is a committed community volunteer representing the spirit of the Clydella Hentschel Award for Women in Leadership.
Over the years, Marla has demonstrated exceptional leadership and mentoring that has inspired and helped other women to reach their full potential. She devotes time and energy to many United Way agencies, in addition to several organizations outside the United Way umbrella that have a mission of supporting at-risk and underserved individuals.
One of her most significant impacts has been in fundraising. In 2011, Marla co-chaired The Salvation Army’s fundraising dinner with her husband Steve Bradshaw, which raised a then-record $1.25 million with Peyton Manning as the featured speaker. This year, she is working to increase corporate support for Tulsa Cares and its Red Ribbon Gala.
Marla’s contributions to the United Way include co-chairing the Tocqueville Society in 2010 when we launched the “Step-Up” program, bringing a significant amount of new Tocqueville members to the organization. In 2016, she and Steve co-chaired the United Way campaign, raising over $26 million, despite a significant downturn in the energy industry and the resulting lost jobs in that sector. Marla speaks at Women United events, sharing her expertise in community collaboration, relationship building, and networking skills.
Her philanthropic work extends far beyond fundraising and serving on boards. Earlier this year, she volunteered at the Tulsa Health Department’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic for 14 weeks, assisting in efforts to boost vaccination rates in the Tulsa area. Marla has a long history of community service and leadership. She is an extraordinary volunteer who gives tirelessly of her time, talent, and resources to significantly impact our community. She exemplifies the community values and commitment that this award recognizes.
